How to Apply
Current NC State MBA and MMA students must complete the Certificate Data Plan Entry Form and email it to their Academic Advisor to participate in a certificate program.
Applicants must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for admission:
- Four year bachelor’s degree (or US degree equivalent) from a regionally accredited college or university.
- A minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 (some exceptions are available for those with additional graduate studies).
- Two years of full-time, professional post-baccalaureate work experience.
If you are not currently an NC State graduate student, please apply online using the link below. If you are currently in the MBA or Master of Management program; please fill out the certificate entry form and send it to your advisor.
- Deadlines: To start in January, apply by October 31. To start in August, apply by May 15.
- Apply online through the NC State Graduate School portal and select a certificate program as the desired major.
- Be prepared to upload the following documents:
- Application fee of $40
- Resume
- Personal statement
- Transcripts
