How to Apply
Apply for admission to the graduate certificate program via the Graduate Application Portal (opens in new tab). To register for courses as a non-degree student, go to the Non-Degree Studies website. Courses are offered online in Fall and Spring.
To qualify for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Agriculture Data Science, students must have completed a BS degree in the sciences or engineering, including agriculture, biology, food, genetics, and life sciences from a regionally accredited university or a degree in public affairs or political science related major. Students currently enrolled in a graduate degree program will also be eligible to complete the certificate.
Students must have at the time of application a 3.0 grade point average in their BS degree.
Please note that although academic success in the certificate might have a strong bearing on admission to a degree program, completion of the certificate program in no way guarantees entry into a graduate degree program, which is done through a separate application process.
